Booking and cancellation terms and conditions for groups

Sending of booking confirmation by fax.
50% deposit to be paid upon confirmation of booking.
Sales statement at the beginning of each month prior to arrival of the group.
Final rooming-list one month before the arrival of the group.
Payment of balance on arrival.

Please note that until the deposit is paid, the booking is not confirmed and we reserve the right to reallocate the rooms.

Cancellation before 90 days: reimbursement of deposit.
Cancellation between 45-90 days: 50% of the cost of the initial booking.
30-45 days: 70% of the cost of the initial booking.
0-30 days: 100% of the booking cost.

“All litigation or disputes between persons with a business contract concerning the validity, interpretation or performance of this contract shall come under the jurisdiction of the BASTIA Commercial Court.
Other litigation or disputes shall come under the jurisdiction appointed by virtue of the legal regulations on competent jurisdiction.”
