Confirmation of your reservation has to reach us either by letter, fax or internet

We ask for a deposit amount, which is a fixed percentage of the total amount total of your
stay. This amount can be paid to us by either check, money order or credit card (we need
your card number, its expire date and a written document allowing us to do the withdrawal)

For a stay lasting:
Between 1 and 3 days: amount of the deposit is equal to 30 % of the total amount of your
reservation (except during July and August, where we ask for 100 % of the amount of the
reservation)
A minimum of 4 days: amount of the deposit is equal to 50 % of the total amount of your
reservation

If you have made a reservation with breakfast or half board, you cannot get reimbursed, if you
used only partially your reservation.
By sending us a deposit amount, you fully agree with our reservation and cancellation terms
and also the cancellation fees listed below.

We wish to inform you, that in the case, you cancelled before the beginning of your stay or in
the case you planned to leave before the end of it; we shall invoice you cancellation fees:

For stays lasting:
From 1 to 3 days: Up to a fortnight before your date of arrival: no fees
Between 14 days and a week before your date of arrival: 30 % of the total amount
Between 6 and 4 days before your date of arrival: 50 % of the total amount
Less than 3 days before your date of arrival: 70 % of the total amount
No show and early departures before the end of the planed stay: No refund

From 4 days and more:
Up to a month before your date of arrival: no fees
Between 29 and 21 days before your date of arrival: 50 % of the total amount
Between 20 and 14 days before your date of arrival: 70 % of the total amount
Between 13 and 7 days before your date of arrival: 80 % of the total amount
Between 6 days and your scheduled arrival date: 90 % of the total amount
No show and early departures before the end of the planed stay: No refund

«All issues that may occur from the present contract and that concern the understanding, the
validity and the engagement responsibility of the present contract shall be treated and solved
by the Commercial Court of Bastia.
The other issues shall be treated and solved by the other Legal courts»
